In-Network Insurances : Blue Cross Blue Shield, ProviDrs, Aetna/Coventry/PHS.
Copays and Deductibles will be collected at beginning of session. Claim will be submitted by therapist for In-Network Insurances.
Out-of-Network Insurances : All other insurances are out-of-network. Patients will be required to pay full amount of therapy at the time of appointment and a receipt with information required by insurance will be provided for patient to send in for reimbursement.
In-Network services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?

24 hours in advance of appointment required. $40 late cancellation charge. $50 No Show.
